Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity and approval timelines.

Do you offer rush orders?


Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, we generally do not accept returns on custom items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Exchanges may be available for non-custom items that are unworn and in original condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

Custom Orders

Will I receive a design proof?


For many custom orders, a digital mockup will be provided for approval before production begins.

What happens after I approve my design?


Once a design has been approved, production begins. Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, and details before approving your proof.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

In most cases, yes! Please contact us before ordering to discuss your design and file requirements.
